Looks like Amazon UK has cut Wii U Prices…again. This is the second time Amazon UK has slashed the prices this summer.

Amazon UK has slashed the prices to increase sales in the competitive market –the Wii U’s 8GB Basic set price is now £149 and £199 for the 32 GB Premium. This was after a drastic decrease in price from Asda, which is the UK equivalent of Wal-Mart.

This isn’t the first time the market has seen these price cuts. It was back in May that both Asda and Amazon UK dropped the price the first time. Although there has been a mini boost in sales, reports suggest that this and the price decrease in May hasn’t made much of a difference.

Hopefully, with new titles such as Pikmin 3 and The Wonderful 101 in the future, we will see an increase in sales. Nintendo will eventually get back on track, I can feel it.
