Last week there was a huge teaser for a Kingdom Hearts game called Kingdom Hearts 2.9. Two days ago, Square Enix confirmed that game as Kingdom Hearts HD II.8: Final Chapter Prologue, a collection including Dream Drop Distance, Unchained X called Back Cover, and Birth by Sleep 0.2 A Fragmentary Passage.
Today, Kingdom Hearts fans got a trailer for the new collection.
The trailer features cutscenes and gameplay from Kingdom Hearts HD Dream Drop Distance along with a couple of short teaser scenes for Kingdom Hearts Unchained X called Back Cover and Birth by Sleep 0.2 A Fragmentary Passage.
Both Unchained X, which tells the tale of the Foretellers, and Birth by Sleep 0.2 A Fragmentary Passage, which tells a tale after the original Birth by Sleep from Aqua’s perspective, are brand new releases in the Kingdom Hearts series.
Kingdom Hearts HD II.8: Final Chapter Prologue is set to release sometime next year and is a PlayStation 4 exclusive.
